


Algerian sculptor Adel Abdessemed decided to immortalize the moment, which turned out to be one of the most dramatic sports events of the decade. The resin sculpture, titled Coup de tete, is part of Adel Abdessemed's exhibition Who's Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf?, which recently showed at the David Zwirner gallery in New York City. According to the release, the show "brings together recent works that revolve around the themes of war, violence, and spectatorship."
