We are proud to introduce you to the newest member of The AfroSpear! Tariq Nelson is the owner of a self-named blog (BBR #125) that began operations in March 2006. Bro. Nelson was born in Mississippi, but currently lives in the DC area.
He discusses a lot of taboo subjects on his blog. Ordinarily, you can count on Bro. Nelson to look at things from an angle that others will not.
Tariq feels that the AfroSpear is supposed to "Create critical mass of discussion around Black issues to work toward solving problems." He feels that he can serve that mission by "sharing my experiences working in the Black community with others as well as learn from others' experiences."
