Thousands of Blacks, Hispanics march to protest gay marriage


Over 700 marriage applications were filed Sunday in New York City — the first day gay marriages were legally recognized in the Empire state.
Mishan Moore left, 39, exchanged vows with her partner Jacqueline Rodriguez, 34, during their wedding ceremony at Queens Borough Hall in New York on Sunday. NYC becomes the sixth in the U.S. to embrace same-sex marriage.
