that R&B singer Rihanna was nearly KILLED last night - at her concert in Dallas.
According to a MEMBER of Rihanna's team, there was an EXPLOSION directly above Rihanna's head . . . causing fire and DEBRIS to fall . . . and it NARROWLY MISSED the red headed songstress.
The insider explains, "The fireworks hit an overhead light [and caused] a fire. One of the lights exploded and fell to the stage. Luckily Security pulled Rihanna away in the nick of time."
