Sen. McConnell: Obama Needs to Move Towards Our Policies If He Wants Our Cooperation

Sen. McConnell doesn't sound much like a person looking to find a way to work hand-in-hand with the President. Rather he seems like a person bent on making President Obama a 1-term president. Here is a snippet from his speech given after the mid-term elections on Tuesday.
